The most soothing 15 seconds of a facial: cleanse, mix the mask, spread it on, peel it off. For 7 days after your facial, a few things can wait: strong products (acids, exfoliants, whitening, anything with alcohol), the sauna and steam rooms, hard workouts, and alcohol. Wash with lukewarm water, and wear SPF30 or higher when you go out. Keep an eye on how your skin feels: redness, warmth, itching or swelling. If anything bothers you or gets worse, contact us right away. Everyone's skin is different, so we'll also tell you what to watch for after your session. Save this for after your next facial.
